A great post of good advice! I, as a redhead with fair skin and freckles, needed to limit my time in the sunshine, but never really heeded the warning of too much exposure, for I had to work out in it on the farm, went swimming and wading in the creek, and then while MD'ing I was outdoors a lot! Only tests will reveal if I have skin or other cancers or not! I know Jesus my Savior is with me, and He is the Great Physician Who watches over and protects me! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
