Super 6 is a nice coil

Been using the super 6 coil on the Vista Gold, I took it to a soccer field, and a park , . I took it for a 200 ft spin across the soccer field it works very good at separation and with the disc , A pile of pea gravel with basalt was near the parking lot so i took it out to that and it I,D ed Iron faithfully and gave a nice high tone on a zinc penny and a small brass button. I tok it to a trashy park and it was sniping very well . glad i got the coil . one thing i can say about the Vista Gold is it just does not get fooled , if it high tones with no low grunt it was always a pull tab or coin . the lighter foils usually go low or have allow high, I found a spunge like low sound with no high and it turned out to be a 6" x3/8" iron I also could tell the bottle caps they give a nice high tone but off edge a low user enough it would be a bottle cap . very fun to use this combo . Glad richard got those coils .

It's actually a 6x8"

I have a question with the disc not going very high on these machines how long does it take to get an idea on coins do they pop like on a GBP or F19 ? and the crap sounds like crap?

With the Vista Gold, as easy as a Tesoro. Dig all targets above nail setting for 2 hours you start to get the feel of it.
You can play around with the target sound depending where you set the disc or tone break.

I have the GBP with the 5" coil I like it better than most Tesoros. Too bad they don't make a working 7" coil for it.
GBP lacks the depth but, I like it in the trash and the fact it is a target screen ID machine.

Sell your Compadre with 7" widescan, Sell the Silver and sell your Outlaw. Then buy one machine a Deeptech with two coils.
You won't miss what you just sold.

Then you'll probably want to sell the Cibola and Vaquaro and get another Deeptech.
You won't miss these either.

Yes breaking up is hard to do..leave the day old road kill behind and get some fresh meat. Tastes much better.

I had 2 G2 found stuff but nothing compare to the VGold yes you got a screen but on my hunting ground not good enough i had to run it in ALL metal and use the screen to get the best target separation but what a nighmare sweeping with an eye on the screen no chance. ............glad i sold it before the G2+ came out bought myself the Vgold with 2 coil managed a 3rd one and still got cash in da bank :super: and better performances

oh dear

yeah F19/GBP def a keeper for me, getting rid of proven gold finders would be hard :sadwalk: as in the Tesoro's , maybe I will save my pennys for a VG , the super 6 a given and then the 5.7" or a bigger coil ??
