Went to see the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit Saturday. Took all day. Wow, what an experience. If you have never seen this, make plans if it comes your way. It is phenominal! I drove many members of our church there, followed by quite a caravan of other church members. The experience was awsume. Man what a treasure hunters dream, to see all those artifacts on display. Old coins, vessels, pottery, vases, and of course, fragments of the scrolls, the very same that compose our Holy Bible today! And while I was there, Joe G, I found a used book store, and bought two more Civil War books. "Battlefields of the Civil War, A Guide for Travellers." and, "Chancelellors ville, 1863, The Souls of The Brave." Man, what a weekend! Of corse, I had to stop by Fort Conde, and the USS Alabama park, and Aviation Pavillion.

What's Aviation Pavillion, it sounds interesting. I gather it's to do with all sorts of aircraft. I've taken flying lessons in a single engine and very interested in flying.

of all types or aircraft that shaped our history of aviation. From early flight, to flying machines of modern warfare. Displays include th SR-71 Blackbird, the brainchild of Kelly Johnson, which was the fastest operational aircraft ever built. He was problably the greatest aircraft designer of American history. He designed the P-38 Lightening, and the U-2. The facility he worked at was known as the Skunkworks, and to this day turns out aerodynamic marvels such as the F-117 Black-Jet, AKA Stealth Fighter. However, in actuallity, the stealth is not a fighter at all, as it has no defensive capabilities. It is merely a tactical, precision bomber. Well, I guess by now you may have come to the conclusion that I am an aviation enthousiast. Always been an interset of mine.

leave this temporary shell & bid goodbye to this old world! I usually see things on TV or hear about it on radio!
But I hope to see God's, golden Heaven with my own eyes!
Oh, won't it be wonderful there; having no burdens to bear?
God Bless!

The scrolls sound like an interesting thing to see. The amazing thing is that, from what I've read, not one word of Scripture has changed since.
More CW books??? How many are you up too? Sure hope you built a nice size library in that house of yours You must read a lot... Geez, I'm still working on two.
