I was detecting a park and was cruising along, getting tired and got a signal. I run on low disc and sometimes check signals on higher disc. I usually dig them any way but passed on the gold ring signal. A few steps onward I remembered another similar signal I got about 2 weeks ago and dug a gold ring. So I went back to my signal and up pops this 10 K crucifix ring. When I got home I tested both rings on top of the ground with my detector in the high disc and neither sounded off.

Also got the frequent live round. Here's the take for the day, 63 coins. You can see they were all deeply buried from the dark color. Lots of digging for this old man as I must have dug 200 junk items today. :( Steve in so az

What a beauty the Crucifix ring is!! Congrats, Steve, on finding gold and you have more energy than I do to dig almost everything! Good detecting though and keep on, keepin' on in faith and digging the goodies! :clapping: God Bless! Betty
