Just got my PI back from Whites Service Dept where they replaced a board etc.... It's seems to be working great however, my wife says that it's not as loud as before. I took the cover off to turn up the volume and the black plastic plate that has the whole over the adjustment screw is off center making it impossible for me to adjust the volume without removing it. It looks like that there's 2 catches that need to be pried back to get it off. Am I right? If anyone has had this thing open and has any advice, it would be appreciated.

Best,
SP

Pop the cover you'll be fine. Just be careful not to break the tabs off. I run my volume wide open. It helps me hear the small and deep stuff especially on windy days. Good Luck!

That happened to me also. If I remember, those 2 tabs are pretty tough to pull back by hand. I had to use pliers. Like Horsesoldier stated, just be careful and you should be fine.
