Surfmaster PI question

Question for all in the know. Can anyone tell me on the east coast location, would the Surmaster PI Diver seek deeper in the surf for gold than the Beach Hunter ID? I know the BHID is not a PI. Thanks for your help.

Hello Reed,
I've used both the beach hunter ID and the surfmaster pi, I live in California. Hands down the Pi responded to gold conductors deeper than the beach hunter ID. The surfmaster Pi even accepts the salt water while the beach hunter ID will lose depth.
