I was doing a search on this board concerning the sweep speed for the T-2 and found this by Mike Hillis. I am curious if this sweep speed is still true for most of you?:

The T2 is using a DD coil, which means it has a narrow detection window side to side. If you sweep fast all targets are going to sound bad and you will miss the deeper targets all together.
I find about 1-1/2 to 2' per second about right for the T2. Thats covering 2 feet while counting 'one-thousand-one'. Target separation will require you to slow down even more. Once you get a deeper signal, you can vary your sweep to see which brings out the signal better.
You can sweep faster, but then you have to slow down and double check all those trashy sounding audios because your fast sweep is causing much of that trash sound.
Much the same as any other DD coil.
Pineapple had said that he had found a way to move a little faster, but I don't recall at the moment what he said he was doing to allow that.
