sweep speed

I know this is common sense but today i did a little remedial traing ,i went over the same hunted ground that i used the wot on and found tons of stuff so today i couldnt think of a place to go so i thought i would go back over the same ground and really listen and control my sweep speed and was shocked at what was left over lots of buttons no coins though but i really paid attention and let the machine have time to react i hunt in deep mode wow what a difference if you take that little extra time.slow was the mode manual always and noise cancel

I always find it easy to go slow at first, but then as the day wears on you move faster and faster. Maybe its that your arm gets tired and you want to go home, or maybe its that you're frustrated at your finds so far, I'm not sure. I only have the stock coil right now but I try to take it easy and you're right, it does help.
