IM thinking of getting back in to land hunting,i do a some water hunting now,
IM looking it to the T2 is it a good detector is it better than whites DFX ??? What makes it a good detector,i look at the cz70 to but i think they are made cheep not sure,Whats a good price for a used T2??? THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!!!!!

I really think your decision is a matter of personal preference. Both the T2 and the DFX are excellent detectors. I hunt with a T2 or a Garrett GTI-2500. My regular hunting buddy uses a DFX, we have been treasure hunting together for about 12 years and we are both satisfied with our choices of detector. I mostly use my T2, it is the best overall detector I have even owned. Nevertheless, I still prefer my 2500 at beaches and parks. Between the T2 and the DFX, I think both machines offer great discrimination and depth. The T2 is a much lighter detector, and for me that means I can go a whole lot longer using it than I can with my 2500 or my friend with his DFX. The T2 also gives you many many hours on a single set of batteries. But in the final analysis the edge for me is the weight. I am over 50, swinging a detector for many hours at a rewarding site can be a challenge, but the T2 meets that challenge with its minimal weight.

Hope this helps and good luck!

if you park hunt[coins] probably the DFX, if more into relic hunting, or deeper finds i would go with the t-2
