T/Ace 150/250 Availability

Can anyone tell me how come places like Kellyco and other US dealers are advertising the Treasure Ace 150 and 250 as available now. These adverts have been out for at least a couple of weeks now.
Apparantly they aren't available for shipping as yet until probably later this month.
 
The advertising of them is for pre-orders as of now.
The 150 should be available in a couple weeks or less, and the 250 is due to be out in November.
