T2 11'' DD COIL QUESTION

The rubber boot around the cable were it enters the coil on my T2 is loose and moves. Is this normal? Do they come this way from the manufacture this way?
 
purchased a t2 from the states got it 4 days ago after seeing your post just checked the rubber boot on mine and it seems quite solid no movment hope this helps
 
Mine does not move. I also have many different coils and none of them are loose. I always thought the boot acted like a strain relief on the cable. If it is moving I would think the wires in the cable will fail at some point. I would call FT and talk to service about this.
