T2 6.5 vs 6.0 MUST SEE

Hi i'm a FRENCH DETECTORIST and all of us must be really patient to have "new" T2's !!

I recently send this mail to FIRST TEXAS : what are the improvments beteween a 6.5 and a 6.0 ?? ( not ltd )

Answer: "None, it is the same software in all t2's. "

So i can go back to bed ...
 
You need to talk to someone different (than the person you talked with) at FT!-----There's a weatherization upgrade & ONE thing different about the 6.5--it turns on in am.---The 6.0 turns on in disc.--not a big deal for many but it is a change.----We've been trying to find out here on this forum just what the actual "changes" made on them was for a long time. (upgrade changes)---------Del

Starting in all metal isn't an improvement, it's just a change. Yeah, the weatherization is an improvement, albeit not software. I heard the 6.5 id'd deeper, guess not.

There is NO WAY I would buy a T2 right now (I do have one though), I'd get the omega 8000. Now, if they upgrade the T2 to what the omega is doing in iron and id'ing deeper like the omega, then I might. Just seems like there is not a few hundred dollar difference.
 
Not many F/T machines are really alike..Same model machines can be, and are, different in stabilization, and depth..........

I had three(3) F75's, and each one was different..I had two (2) T2's and each one was different.. now you may say "EL", your full of it.."if you don't believe me, buy a few and try them yourself ". I now have a 6.5 version T2, and it is different..

I don't know what the specs are on their plus and minus parameters, but if you get lucky and all components are matched..Your in for a nice machine experience.
