Thanks all ...Took T2 LE (LTD ) on maiden voyage today
WOW ! is a good word to sum it up.
A lot of depth....... solid lock-on ID. 2 3 3b 4 tones works very well for me...........DP ( Delta pitch) too. I didn't like the BP zip zip sounds much to be honest. But, that said ID was dead on...
..................... I was nailing 5 to 10" deep coins with ease. No doubt what your going to dig either. The Id is very accurate.. I liked that zincs hit at 78 and most bottle screw caps hit 80 or 81..Just a couple hit at 78.
One 1926 mercury dime hit at 9"...loud and clear at 83 ID..All Quarters ( Clad) were at 89.. Two Nickels, were 57, and 58 .One was tipped a little in the ground (57) 70 sens, 40 discrimination 4 tones.
Quarters were 5" to 10" deep.......... all read accurate on depth..I am very pleased with the T2 LTD...........
I ranged 60 sens to 85 sens just seeing how it operated. I ran all disc iron settings at 40 with different sens ................ and once ran up to 80 on discrimination. Just to see how it worked. Hit a clad dime at 6" with plenty of depth left. Raised coil at least 4" and still got a nice solid 83 ID..So good depth will not be a problem for me..
Light weight and easy to swing all afternoon... I did not try all metal. I doubt I will ever use that..Or the BP mode as I like tone Id's and BP only has two.. May use it in tall uncut grass if I have to.. but the zip zip sound does not impress me much.. It's fast on the reset for sure....so one won't miss many targets.. I noticed I did not have one iffy target today.
