what is the best way 2 get my t2 worked on: its been sticking on 90 when you first try 2 fast grab it won't change I keep holding and dancing (slow of course) till it finally drops where i like it: no problem work around it here lately the volume will cut out in my h.phones I.D. numbers still work and have 2 swipe the h.phone jack in and out and its fine again i just took it apart cleaned: blew out the battery compartment: i sent textek a e-mail and i called no answer hey that's a jack green song P.S. sometimes it works quick sometimes I'm left reciting my ABC's ABC @%f$#@

I just had my t2 worked on, you need to call First Texas 1-800-413-4131 and tell them your problem and they give you an RA # return authorization number then you send it to them, mine took 4 days to get to Texas from FL they had it for 1-1/2 weeks.
