PLEASE, someone tell me why I should buy a T2....I'm getting ready to pull the lever on this machine...please give me the word!

Want really deep coins, ability to hunt about everything, Light weight ergonomics you can swing all day. Nice big digital meter.. An abundane of settings with seperate tone and numerical ID abilities.
Other than that............ I can't think of any other reasons you shouldn't ............

Just got mine a couple of weeks ago. Very friendly useable, well balanced and lightweight. Batteries last a long time, only thing is u really need to use headphones, built in speaker not that loud.
PS-Found first Standing Liberty Quarter with it.

Elton, you didn't mention that our T-2s rob us of the opportunity to change batteries often. Which I consider to be one of the more enjoyable parts of the hobby. And then of course, that fact that it only takes 4 AAs, half the number of the bigger, heavier, more expensive machines.

How is it on the beach...is the loop waterproff?

Thanks for all of the advice!!
