T2 sunray probe

I would be interested, but what i have never been able to find out is why they have one for the F75 but not the T2 they are basically the same machines,so can anyone tell me what the differance is ??? as they have already had some made for a similar machine it would not take much to adapt it for the T2 surely.

I use one on my DFX and they are very good probes, only trouble is it is teathered to just the one machine.

The reason is......the coil is wired different on the T2. The T2 came before the F75 I think back in 2006 and they just left the design that way.......Mark

The T-2 can use only DD coils by design, conencretics will not work on the T-2 well at all. Sunray can produce a probe for it, however it is not a simple switch from an F-75 probe.

I think what he is looking for is people to post on the sunray forum that they would buy one if he made them. I want one bad enough to buy two.

Big emi maker. I have never had any luck with stability having one hooked to any of the machines I've tried them on
Better off with a hand held just my observations with the equipment that I've used.

I've never had a problem with the sunray on my sov gt, but the problem I do have is with my garrett pinpointer and my t2 they really dislike each other.
