T2 triumphs again in the hands of a Tiger...............MattR.UK

A bitterly cold wind and bright sunshine was the order of the day, as the Tigers met and shared John's box of jam pies!

There's an old saying, "As you give, so you shall receive".
Well today proved the quote. We ate his pies and let him have the find of the day.

Tough ground conditions. Red, damp sandy soil suggesting some iron mineralization, but not enough to buck the meter on the T2. The conductivity was high though. Even so, the T2 took to it like a duck to water.

Finds were not profuse, but that was compensated by John's cry of delight when he unearth that lovely hammered silver coin.

You've got to give him full credit...patience bring its own reward.

Enjoy the pictures.............MattR.UK.
