Hi guys just bought a 4000 delta tekentics with out a manual been looking around for a copy ,but people want your life history for a copyHave tried to turn on ,but the numbers run through like lighting on the screenSure could use some help any starting feed back?:

I'm guessing you may be near electrical interference. Were you inside when you turned it on? When I'm outside and that happens it's usually because I'm near some overhead or underground electrical wire... I then just turn down your sensitivity till it quits. Hope that helps.
