Sent my Omega 8000 in for repairs, after 2 1/2 yrs. of steady use. Tore off part of the screen with a branch, lost a couple of screws on the plug from the coils (5" and 11" ), screwed up the headphone plug?? and the housing was pretty loose..
Felix; at Teknetics, tells me to send all 3 coils along with the housing?
10 days later( Maine to Texas and back) I get it back.
New and a lot better plugs on the coil cables (no more c-clamp).. Brand new screen membrane, a new headphone plug and the housing doesn't wiggle!! They even put on new bolts and screws on all the coils, which I had removed before mailing.
Looks and acts better than when I bought it new!!!
You want excellent service, communication ( even the "new Guy" at Teknetics) and a great light weight machine. GET A TEKNETICS! .
