Teknetics T2SE Locked Onto A Deep VDI #90 Like A Pit Bull Dog

A couple of days ago at a local park I was running my T2SE in the 'LE' mode, 80 on the sensitivity, 10 for the discrimination, 2+ tones and had it ground balanced out at 63. I was relic hunting. At those settings it was running really super quiet as far as EMI goes. Most of the noise I was hearing was coming from the ground. They were soft grunts telling me that there was iron under the coil. Those grunt sounds are not loud or annoying at all to listen to. At any rate, I was swinging along enjoying the nice sunny weather and I heard this sweet sounding soft tone. I looked at the screen and saw it was lock solidly onto a VDI #90. It wasn't wavering at all. I pulled pinpoint trigger and the depth showed 8 inches. I dug down about the length of my ProPointer and out pops a 1934 silver quarter. I really don't understand why people say their T2 doesn't give a very good or solid VDI number or its unstable. Mine runs super quiet and locks on like pit bull dog on good targets at impressive depths. Maybe I got a special one.:)

I found more stuff with the T2SE that I'll post later on when I get time.
