Hello, I wanted to share a neat trick I did today with my Cortes. Using my regular bluetooth headset for my phone, I now have bluetooth wireless metal detector!

In the initial test I have not noticed a delay. The real test will come when I'm out in the field. I will more than likely buy a stereo Bluetooth headset. The Bluetooth I have now is the same one I use for my phone and I can get about 4 hours on it from just playing music so I think it should do just fine. Go to iluv and look at model i212. The Auvio wireless headphones xxxxx xxxxx sells work well also. Just tried a pair
On my golden and there is no delay.

I tried the Auvio wireless earbuds fromxxxxx xxxxx last summer. They worked pretty well on my Silver uMax but on my Garrett 1350 there was a very noticeable delay. I returned those, mostly because of the $100 price, but have been wondering about a bluetooth setup.

I have the regular Auvio headphones think they were about $59.00. They seem to be working
fine so far for me. Would think the electronics would be the same for the earbuds but maybe
Different.

I been using a bluebridge wireless transmitter that plugs into the machine,and a bluetrek skins bluetooth.
Never will use headphones again.
