[attachment 259429 101_1375717x405.jpg][attachment 259430 101_1376827x405.jpg]Me and my hunting buddy went out metal detecting this past Sunday. He was using his Minelab GT and I was uing my Lady Shadow X2.We hunted a local school park complex in Roanoke VA.This was the first time that I had taken her out dancing since I picked her up,she was getting lonely and pouty.Needless to say she showed off her steps in the first dance.By finding some kind of token or coin slightly larger than a quarter,it was to dirty to make anything out.As the time went by she was doing some interesting moves buy pulling up some interesting objects .A old round locker lock, part of a horse shoe ,half a vintage old toy car etc.And then she did a move that put the rest of the crowd to shame. A nice large coin on end, i had no Idea what it was ,I brushed off some of thr dirt on one side and it showed a eagle with wings spread. Well my lady wore me out after a few hours, but I went home with a smile on my face.Cleaned up the tolken and it was a shells presidential coin game coin. I looked it up on internet and they were produced in the 1960's and are a collectable worth some money, and some quite rare. And they all had a president face on front with date of in office, some were made out of aluminum, and some bronze. And depending which ones you had they would give you different prizes or merchandise of value. As for the large coin with the eagle it turned out to be a 1988 Kennedy half dollar YEEHAAA! a first for me thanks to MA LADY!!!
