Last week I was out with my "V" at an old farm site which dates back to 1730's. About 20 minutes in, my "V" sang out. I rotated the disc knob and saw that it maxed out. I thought I had a dime, an older penny or quarter. I dug and at 5 inches down found this coin. I had no idea what I had until I got home. It turned out to be a 1786 New Jersey Copper! 1786!! That was 3 years before Washington became President! Tesoro makes one heck of a fine detector.

Just don't get what the instructions in the manual are saying
All the machines I have owned before my Tesoro's were automatic. So I had a little confusion in what I was hearing and seeing
. Tesoro should hire you to make CD's on all their detectors
