Thanks for being patient.

It was gold. Not what I thought. Privately minted coin. No date. Sold to a dealer for 750. Needed the money.

Also my new spot is amazing. I just popped some coin goodies . Pics to follow.
1795 LC with a hole in the middle...Pretty Bummed..Some kind of bracelet or half shackle.....Lots of neat stuff.....lots of the goodies are dated from the 1700's....

Its got a fraction on the coin it looks like 1 over 100.....still cleaning......

" Research is how goodies are found..Luck is also good."

You did good on that gold coin..That is better than what that other character was offering at the beginning:thumbup:

You got a good price on that coin.:beers:

I sold my 2007 gold rings for $475 keeping 2 nicer ones. I didn't need the money but I didn't need the gold either. I have all my 2007 money and much of my 2008 clad safely in a bank account and that account now earns around $5.00 a month in interest. So all this money I dug up is now growing on a daily basis.

That was a super duper find, and if the money helped you out then I think that's fantastic. You have some great sites. Bet there are more great finds in your lifetime.

Chris
