Last week I e-mailed Minelab with a problem I had.... My arm rest had broken(the gray one)and I went to their site. went through the process asking them my question on replacing it and my cost etc ect...
A quick response from a DICK SHULTZ who is the Operations mgr / Customer service mgr.
Telling me that a new arm rest was on it's way at no cost to me what so ever......
It just arrived (Fri 10/7) the thicker black version a bit more durable.
I m guessing it is a company that has as good a costumer repertoire like this will have life time costumers also(like me)
