Saturday evening I was cleaning my Excal. from a trip to the saltwater a week ago, I had rinsed it off at the beach when i left, but the lower shaft had frozen due to sand and salt deposits. I put it in my vice to hold the metal shaft to pull the fiberglass lower shaft loose. Do to the clutter in my garage, I triped over an air hose and as I get older my dance skills have left me, even with my best effort to stay on my feet. I still grabed the fiberglass shaft to keep from falling and snaped it off at the base. This was Saturday around 6:00 p.m. Monday morning I shopped around for a new one, most places wanted 32.95 for one. but had to order it. Called Kellyco in Winter Springs Fl. at 10.00 a.m. Talked with Roger and they had them it stock for 19.95 so I had him send me 2, just in case I break another in the future. They arrived at my house today at 2:00 p.m. along with new rubber gromets and bolt, with a set of clip pins. Now in this day and time I call that great service. 26hrs. from my call I had them in hand. This was with no extra shipping cost. Thanks again Roger. Now I need to go find some gold. HH
