Yesterday I put up a post about a "split screen" problem with my Minelab Explorer SE. I did not even contact Minelab yet,Sandy Burton at Minelab customer service must have been browsing the forum and saw my post. She sent me an E-mail telling me that she would take care of the problem. I am very happy knowing that Minelab pays attention to the customers. I for see no problems with getting my Explorer SE repaired and returned promptly once I send it out this Friday.
