Thanksgiving break relic finds w/ G2

Here are my latest relic finds using thew G2 w/ Ultimate coil. I have tried out several other popular detectors lately...none of them can trump my G2 with that big coil.

Thanks Del! Just wish First Texas would come out with a Tek G2 SE or Gold Bug Super Pro with boost like the T2SE or F75 LTD. Would like to be able to turn the gain up a bit more towards instability, as I NEVER have to hunt with anything less than 100% gain
 
Some great finds with the G2/Ultimate coil.....I've asked Santa for one...it arrived today.
Bill,what kind of depth should I expect with the G2/Ultimate coil combo...can't wait to try it out. Mrs Santa said I can use it after the 25th...lol

In my soil (mild to moderate) I see about 1" to 1 & 1/2" more depth than stock 11". With the Ultimate I have dug civil war bullets down to 12"....dug a shotgun shell hull at 14"...I have a witness to that! The best thing the coil does is increase your target ID accuracy at depth. You gotta listen for the soft whispers...they may alternate with iron some also. Good luck!!!
 
The G2 kicks butt!

That's a lot of lead! What's that gear looking thing with what looks like a nail sticking though it? I think I found one of those before.

Heh Tabman, Heck yeah the G2 kicks butt....especially with the Ultimate coil on it. The item you are referring to is a wick adjuster for an oil lamp. Bill
