Had about a two hour window this morning before son (in town for the holiday) and my wife were getting up and active, so headed out to the woods which is a 20 minute drive with no traffic. Went promptly to the spot I had been hunting with the Omega a couple days ago that seemed to have a few more targets then is usually the norm. Worked my way out from that area and began right off with 2 nickels digs. The first silver dime came about 20 minutes into the hunt, the 1907d Barber. Which, is in very nice shape. A couple of cents, clad dimes and Hot Wheels car later, got the 61d Rosie. About 10' away dug the 41 Mercury, for my Thanksgiving morn dime trifecta. I then called it a wrap. Everyone have a great and safe turkey day. Will be back to that area of the woods in the morning. God willing and the creek don't rise. HH jim tn
