CHAPTER 8:verse 11
"when the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out,the hearts of the people are filled with schemes to do wrong"
chapter 9:verse 5 & 6,12. '' for the living know that they will die,but the dead know nothing;they have no further reward,and even the memory of them is forgotton.their love,their hate,and their jealousy have long since vanished;never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun."
