Well guys, thanks for the advice, but I did get in there and messed it up. I never even considered it might of been under warranty and I will say thats a darn good deal. I am cleaning my new one more thorougly and carefully. I noticed on the old one , under the rubber off/on cover, there was evidance of rust inside. I know it popped out once or twice and I probably contaminated it pretty good then, being up to my elbows in mud, etc. It might be interesting if they tried something different with that aspect. Every one who hasnt seen one, is always amazed when I show them how it finds my fillings through my cheeks. CO
