The Man of Romans 7

Read for This Week's Study: Romans 7. "Now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter" (Romans 7:6).

Few chapters in the Bible have created more controversy than has Romans 7. The meaning of vs14 - 25 has been one of the most discussed problems in the whole epistle. The main questions have been as to whether the description of such intense moral struggle could be autobiographical, and, if so, whether the passage refers to Paul
 
Once I was spiritually blind but now I see and once I was spiritually deaf but now I hear! Until truly saved and filled with God's Holy Spirit will we be able to keep from sinning, willfully, in Jesus' joy which gives us strength to endure and overcome all things! Without Spiritual Understanding, we are yet sinners and know not that we need a Savior untill witnessed to by God's righteous and faithful servants for God's Holy Spirit calling and moving deeply within our souls!
