"<EM>back-ups</EM>" for my IDX Pro. I'll get another Classic III, too, because I often work sites where I don't need ... or want ... visual Target ID.
I love the XLT or the XL Pro for '<EM>cruising</EM>' larger, more open, lower trashed sites. The MXT is great for being able to get very decent depth in higher trash locations as well as other applications where it might provide a little 'edge.'
So, for <EM>YOU,</EM> I would suggest the Classic III (non-Target ID) or IDX Pro (Target ID version of the Classic III) as a back-up to your MXT. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="">
