General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

First of all .....item was not detector related. My daughter wanted a Sony PSP and mike had one...she was paying half and I would pay the rest. I ask mike the condition.....He told me it worked perfectly and was in great shape. Now it didn't have a charger and was aware of that, he told me the battery would be fully charged. I received it....It has scratches all over the screen and the rest of the unit( I'm talking hundreds of scratches). It was well used and abused. I turned it on showed fully charged, ten minutes of the unit being on the battery icon came on and screen went black and unit shuts off..... battery is shot. I opend the battery door on the PSP and the battery is wrapped with tape.....evidently it needs to be rigged to work.I emailed him told him I wasn't happy and to return my money and that I wasn't paying shipping back. Well he says he will refund money but he isn't going to pay shipping. The PSP belongs to his son, and I ask mike if he looked at the unit and he side stepped the question never answered it. The sad thing is it was my daughter's (who is seven) First deal of any type. I will buy a new case and replace the beat to hell case and put a new battery in it and spend $30-$40 to get up to snuff for her. Now Mike Is saying I used it for 2 weeks and abused it. I have copy of message mike sent telling me it would ship tomorrow which was sent on the 1-25-2010. I also have a picture of the box with the shipping label and tracking number. The Date shows 1-26-10 ....the Tracking number doesnt show up in the postal system as of yet but it will soon since the postal tracking system is slow....That will then show I picked it up on the 2-1-2010. I messaged mike the same day with no responce even though he was shown active on the forum.....I messaged him again the next day after it showed he was active again on the forum calling him out....finally he responded. This guy is a piece of work, and a liar as well as a scam artist. I Hope he is finally banned from using these forums.
