How interesting that amid all the work of creation, God was not quite done until He created the Sabbath day. What a contrast: all the work of creating the world, the animals, the seas, the grass, and finally humankind

Each day is the day our Lord made so let us rejoice and be glad in it! Sunday for most of us is the day for going to church and worshiping God in the name of Jesus and thanking Him for everything He has done and is doing for us, for He is Lord and King of all. Rest is needed and good for all humans and also the land should rest and not grow crops every seven years! That is why the nutritions are depleted in our foods plus the cooking out of vitamins with chemicals added! God's plan for us to follow is His written Word, the Bible, which is the best for each of us to do and follow by having godly wisdom! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Good post brother. For me there is no greater joy than ending a hard week of work with family worship and enjoying the sweet relief of putting down the cares of this life for one whole day. The joy of bringing the Life giving Word to my children during these hours is a blessing that one cannot deny. To think, the Creator of the universe took the time to make this world for the joy and pleasure of the first couple and He took an entire day and set it aside just to spend it with them to show them His love through the creatures and plants He made. He has an entire Universe to run but yet He takes the time to sit down and spend quality time with them. The amazing part is... He still longs to do this today with you and I. To me that goes beyond my feeble mind. Oh amazing love how can it be....
