Amen! How well I know what it is like to obtain a goal and be persistant in exercising and eating less day by day, when I lost 25 pds in 4 months in 1985! It was difficult and caused pain until I got used to each exercise I did but sure felt good and only weighed 122 pds at the age of 51, actually I was rather skinny until I gained some weight and weighed l32 pds by the time of the divorce in March 1988! Now, I gained what pounds I lost plus many more, but unable to exercise like I did then and I do like something sweet once in awhile! To keep faith in Jesus and staying on God's straight and narrow road by loving and obeying Him is the way to finish our earthly race and win our prize of a crown of gold to toss at Jesus' feet! We must stay the course or we probably won't finish like I didn't keep on maintaining my weight after losing it! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
