It was necessary to go downtown (Grand Rapids) to the Kent County Clerks office to renew my permit for River City Treasure Club this morning. Driving conditions were treacherous to say the least! If you don't need to be out this morning, stay warm and stay inside. If you do need to be out and about, the word of the day is caution! Buckle up and be safe out there.
