The WOT coil

I'm having trouble using the WOT with my Sovereigns, Elite and GT. I don't really hear much even on iron infested beaches. I sometimes feel like I'm just walking around dragging my scoop swinging the md and feeling foolish. I hunt in all metal and the settings work great with my smaller coils but the WOT just sits there saying nothing..I have tried to use the WOT over the last 12 months with no results. Is there anywhere I can look to find information on the use of this coil?:minelab::cry:
 
Have you done air test to be sure it works? i had a new one on a GT and it was killer deep! i used the same settings as the 10" stock coil.on the sand there was nothing that could beat it in depth but a PI.! good luck DD
