Those who know Charles (Upper NY) who has...

Pete in MI

New member
provided a site with Minelab tips....his site will be coming down. He said for everyone to copy what you want as his site will be coming down. If you have a Minelab, especially an Explorer you will want to get this info or at least read it a few times...he has great advice.

His website is: http://www.treasuregizmo.com/

If you want to copy the pages in PDF format, there is a freeware software program that you can get that will save each page into PDF format its called: BullZip PDF Printer - it
converts documents to PDF

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/BullZip-PDF-Printer.html

BullZip PDF Printer is a virtual printer driver that enables you to convert any printable document or image to PDF format. It works with all applications that offer a Print option, simple select the newly added BullZip PDF Printer instead of your regular printer, and the document will be converted and saved as PDF file. In addition to standard conversions, the program allows you to add custom watermarks, merge PDF files, and protect your PDF document. More features than most other free tools. Free for personal and commercial use.

I have found this and a similar program great for saving info from websites into PDF and then copying them to a SD smartcard (and later burning to a CD) for later reading/reference.

Sorry to hear about Charles taking down his site. He didn't say how long it would be there - but not long - or why. His tips have helped me with my Minelab Explorer II.
