Three coin spills one right after the other saved what started out to be a really dismal hunt..

Slipped out this evening for a bit. It was dark, dismal, damp, and nasty but I needed a fix. Hit two big playgrounds and found not one cent. Frustration reigned supreme. At the last playground I decfided to hit the football field right next to the playground. It was starting to get dark as I wandered acfross the field. All of a sudden I get a hit and pulled up two quarters. This brightened the evening a bit. I walked a few steps further and got another hit and pulled up a few more coins in a spill. Then as I headed back to my van I hit another spill. Total of the three spills, about $1.70. So the evening wasn't the complete failure it started out to be.

I'm new here, first post, hope I do it right.

I have proof that trees ARE coin spill magnets. I was out with my Ace 250 yesterday and sat down under a tree to rest. I felt something funny at my right pocket, looked down to see what fell out, and there were FIVE quarters, remnants from going to the laundromat for my wife. I'm going to try to use my imagination more when at a site as to where people were and what they did in times gone by. Thanks, rglyons.
