Threshold and volume settings...

Here's how I set mine:

Threshold on the X-T 70 set at 5 with the volume control on headphones (Koss QZ-99's) adjusted so that I get a very slight hum with barely audible nulls, volume control on the 70 set at 28 so that surface targets are comfortable with no loud blasts.

Just wondering how everyone else sets there's up?
