MAN,WHAT A NIGHT MARE WITH THAT COMPUTER!!FOUND OUT THE PROTECTION WAS NOT WORTH A FLIPTOOK THIS GUY TWO DAYS WORKING ON THIS JUNK-PILEWINDOWS WAS EATEN UP SO BAD THE HARD-DRIVE WOULD BARLEY RUN AT TIMES.ANYBODY HEARD OF "HIGH JACKERS OR TROJAN-HORSE"?THAT WAS WHAT I HAD THEY WERE LIKE FLEAS ON A DOGS BACK.
PRAISE THE LORD I GOT THRU IT,WITH LITTLE $ TO PAY FOR THE JOB.ALSO LEARN THAT THIS SERVICE I HAVE IS TERRIBLE AS A CARRIER,SEE HOW MUCH I CAN TAKE IT AND GO W/THE PHONE COMPANY??

i eneded up having to replace my hard dive and lost over 7,000 pictures.
It was an internal feud twixt norton and macfee that destroyed my pc.
i now use AVG, a free antivirus, so far so good.alltho, every nite it scans and finds and "heals" at least 2 trojan horses.With the way that this website right here acts "erraticaly" all the time, i suspect that it has security issues.
I jist cannot understand what it is that drives low life people to hack and ruin pc's.At least thieves and other criminals have something to gain.Guess they're the type that would just enjoy walkin down the street randomly slappin people in the face ,IF they had the sack to do so.

PC.CILLEN DOES NOT PROVIDE A FIRE-ALL AND THIS IS HOW THEY GOT IN.THE GUY THAT REPAIRED MY COMP.SAID DELL PUTS IN THE CHEAPESS PROTECTION THEY CAN FROM THE FACTORY.IAM PAID UP FOR TWO YEARS,BUT STILL HAVE TO HAVE A FIRE-WALL INSTALLED.

I DONOT KNOW WHAT TYPE COMP.YOU HAVE MY IS A DELL AND WHEN YOU GET IT THEY PUT THE CHEAPEST PROGRAM THEY HAVE THATS------PC.CILLIN.THE GUY THAT FIXED IT SAID"HIGH-JACKERS" AND TROJAN-HORSES WERE LIKE FLEAS INSIDE MY COMPUTER!!WHAT IT DID WAS EAT UP WINDOWS WHERE IT CANNOT PERFOROM AND THE HARDDRIVE CANNOT OPERATE,BUT YOU CAN RETRIEVE YOUR INFORMATION BY DIFFERENT MEANS THERES A SMALL CLIP THAT STICKS INTO THE COMP.AND SUCKS ALL THE INFORMATION AND THERE IS OTHER METHODS YOU CAN BUY THIS LITTLE TOOLS AT WAL-MART,RADIO-SHACK,SAM'S STORES.THEY HAVE ALL DIFFERENT SIZES.
ONCE YOU DO THIS YOU STICK A DISC.TO RESTORE THE COMP.TO ITS ORIGINAL PRE-SETS FROM THE FACTORY--NO NEED IN BUYING A NEW COMPUTER.BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A FIRE -WALL AND THIS IS WHAT I DID NOT HAVE IN PC.CILLIN.
