Today's digs...little silver..little gold :D

Picked up David and headed out only to find the gate to the road locked when we got there.

Oh well, we just parked and walked in and started hunting. We went to the place I have hit the last 3 weeks hoping for a stray silver or two.
After a couple of wheaties, I got that sweet tone and dug this Merc

I wanted to hit a place that was near that I picked some silver up in the past but after walking (and killing to much time) I finally decided that I couldn't find the place
Sorry for the wasted time David, I'll find it next time if it kills me
We walked back to the area and hit it for the rest of the day but we couldn't snag anymore silver
A little later I get a signal and it sounded "kind" of good and hit at silver dollar sooooo....I dug it.
It wasn't a silver dollar but it gave me a thrill to see this in the hole

Although it weighs a ton..it won't clean up so I assume its plate
