Hit a few parks today for a couple hours, dug these coins and asst jewelry. None precious tho. Gotta wait till it warms some before people lose the good stuff.

Nice digs Steve! I tried my darndest to get out Monday since I was off... Rain stopped around 10am so I headed north to an old park I found by accident. It used to be a Christian camp (early 1900's to the 60's) and the funny thing is, I know the people who run it today (after it moved). In fact, I ministered in music there a couple of times. :)

Dug 5 wheats in about 1/2 hour and then it started to rain. Even though I had plastic bags all over my machine, it started to come down too hard to take the chance. I had a merc and a rosie the last time I hunted there... So, I started heading home when all of a sudden the rain stopped. Since I was so far east, I decided to hit a wooded spot I've passed on the way to another good spot. Got all rigged up, locked the van when all of a sudden the sky opened up!!! Arghhhh.... Can't wait for spring :)
