Today's finds (Denmark)

Just wanted to share today's finds since it was one of the better days. In particular since I was only out for just under 3 hours. A Danish 12 shilling from 1721, a Danish 16 shilling from the 1850's (have to clean it up to see the year), two spindle whorls (viking age most likely - roughly 800-1050 AD) and a piece of lead used as a marker of some sort. Sorry that the spindle whorls are kinda blurry but was lazy and used the scanner today - clearly not good for anything but coins.

I'm starting to like this field, even though it didn't give much the first couple of times. Now it fits the rule of thumb for a good field here: One good find per hour.

Nice finds. It is really cool to find coins that old. Congratulations.
