[attachment 36252 Quattrocoins2.JPG]Went to a park here in Henderson Nevada not far from home. Park is at most a few years old so not much chance of anything good down deep but I did get $2.19 out of one hole. I found the Quattro pinpointing to be amazingly accurate. I am relatively new to the Quattro. I just went over a small section of grass by the childrens play ground. Was there about an hour. All totalled I got 9 quarters 5 dimes 1 nickle 9 pennies. I uploaded a photo but don't know where it went??? Pretty happy with the Quattro!

Nice finds. Yep the quattro is a great machine. Have you got focus on your camera? By focusing onto the picture (if you have a digital, your photo can become sharper, in case you want that. :twodetecting:

I took the picture with my phone. I know the pic sucked but was in a hurry.

Hey Redrock> I'm form San Diego, CA. and I went to Nevada for the weekend and the ranger told me to look out if I have a metal detector. Scared me pretty good. Especially, if you live in Nevada, what's your take on the "legal" or otherwise detecting cituation there in Nevada. Sounds like you can at least go to the parks, but I was told "NEVER" detect at the gold or silver mining towns. What's up??????:confused::(
