Todays hunt at old house

[Tired Rooster]

Got to hunt the yard of an old house this afternoon. Spent a couple of hours hunting mostly the front yard. The back yard was a "trash nightmare". Full of cans, bottle caps, nails and all things that make your detector go beep beep beep beep beep beep beep.....and beeeeeeep! I had hoped to get a little silver this afternoon, but it wasn't to be. Never the less, it was a successful hunt in my opinion. I was able to pull 8 wheat pennies and one buffalo nickel. Not too bad. I had a really great time and that is what counts in my book. I hope to hunt this old yard again sometime.....sure to be more goodies there. Used my new 7.5 Khz DD coil today.....I like it.
