Well, if some of you, like Del, may be using me as your "life line" for the dreaded "cabin fever" illness, I am sorry to report that todays "life line" is mighty short. I did get in a 3 1/2 hour hunt, but because of our very moist ground I opted to hunt a spot where muddy looking holes would not be a problem. A spot that has been pounded and good targets have become few and far between. All I managed was 1 clad quarter, 2 clad times, 2 nickels, 5 pre 82 Memorial cents and a 51 wheat cent. I still had the 11" coil on my LTD and ran in 4 disc., 90 sen., 3h tones and B P mode. A little bit interesting was a double kind of hit in about a 4-5" area. One hit was registering 69-71 and the other 74-76. I dug about a 4" deep clod, checked it and found what appeared to be a small brass nut. Then rescanned the hole and got another hit that was a little off to the side of the original hole and that turned out to be a clad dime from about 6" deep. Oh well, it could have been a partially masked silver. HH jim tn
