Today's Hunt

It was a nice day here in Mass. and I went on a hunt with a few forum members, Jeff from Mass. and his hunting partner Mike, and the Upstate NY duo, Charles and Ed. We had a great day and everyone got some keepers. Here's a pic of the 4 Barber dimes I dug. I also got 6 Indian Heads which are soaking, and some wheaties. All in all a great way to end the season.

If I wasn't there, I'd find it hard to believe!
Nice digs, and rest assured, we'll do it again after the thaw pops up the seateds we missed today!

Hopefully we'll get over this Spring to dig a few of those Seated dimes that were in hiding today.
 
You got that hang of that machine very fast, four barbers in a day is pretty good digging. Try to contain your addiction until spring okay, no getting out there with exposives to recover your finds from the frozen ground!

Thanks for the compliment but I am going to have to defer to some of the more experienced guys with the Explorer. I hunted for a few years when I was a kid in the early 80's, but just got back into it and have only had the EXII for a month. There are a lot of very knowledgable people on this forum that will be more than happy to help you out. Post a question here and go into the chat room whenever you have a chance. A lot of help is given there.
