Tone shift on the T2

Youngted

New member
When using my T2 set on 2+ after a while it tends to shift to tone 1 my mate has the same trouble with his T2 any one else ? also how to stop this happening.

If you have the setting still highlighting the tone setting instead of keeping it on menu then something just brushes the knob and changes it. It happens to me as well.

Press menu, set the sensitivity, press menu, set discrimination level, press menu, set number of tones, press menu, when the Menu bar that has all metal on the left of it and discrimination on the right of it, is highlighted (darker) then your settings won't change. Of course it is very easy to bump the menu button then move the settings dial and not realize it. More than once I found myself in delta pitch because I forgot to press the menu button that last time. I think wearing gloves would make it even easier to do. Hope this is the answer you are looking for.

Take care, Dave
